This Guide is part of our Terms of Service. By using the “Create Character from Images” feature, you agree to the rules below.

This feature does not copy, clone, or recreate any person or image. It works in two independent steps:

Step 1 — Prompt generation. Our AI analyzes the images you upload and produces a text description (a “prompt”): hair color, style, vibe, aesthetic, and similar general attributes. The images themselves are not used to render the character. No face mapping, face swapping, or biometric identification is performed.

Step 2 — Character generation. A new, original AI character is generated from that text prompt only. The generation model never sees your uploaded images.

Because the character is built from a text description rather than from the images, visual similarity to your uploads is not guaranteed and is not the purpose of the feature. The result is an original fictional persona inspired by the aesthetic of your images. It will typically differ noticeably in facial features, proportions, and details. If you are looking for an exact likeness of a specific person, this feature will not — and is designed not to — produce one.

By uploading images, you confirm all of the following:

• You own the images or have permission from the rights holder to use them.

• If any real person is depicted: that person is 18 years of age or older, and has given you consent for their images to be used with this feature.

• The images do not depict anyone without their knowledge or against their will.

We log your confirmation (account, timestamp) together with your upload.

The following are strictly prohibited. Violations lead to content removal and account termination, and may be reported to authorities where required by law:

• Minors. Uploading images of anyone under 18 — or anyone who could appear under 18 — in any context whatsoever.

• Non-consenting real people. Uploading images of any real person (an ex-partner, acquaintance, colleague, stranger) without their explicit consent.

• Public figures and celebrities. Uploading images of celebrities, influencers, politicians, or any identifiable public person.

• Impersonation and harassment. Creating characters intended to impersonate, defame, harass, intimidate, or extort any real person.

• Deceptive content. Presenting generated characters as real people, or using them in any misleading way outside the platform.

• Unlawful content. Any use that violates applicable law, including laws on intimate-image abuse and synthetic media.

Every upload passes through automated moderation before any prompt is generated:

• Age screening. Images flagged as depicting or possibly depicting minors are blocked; repeated attempts result in account termination.

• Known-person screening. We employ AI-based moderation systems to detect images of celebrities and public figures; such uploads are rejected.

• Content screening. Illegal or policy-violating imagery is blocked at upload.

Flagged cases are escalated to human moderators. Moderation decisions are final; we may refuse any upload at our sole discretion, without explanation.

If you believe your likeness — or that of someone you represent — has been used on the platform without consent, contact us at [email protected] with a link or description of the content. We will:

• acknowledge the complaint within 24–48 hours;

• suspend the reported content pending review;

• remove content confirmed as non-consensual and terminate the offending account.

You do not need to be a user of the platform to file a complaint.

Uploaded images are used solely to generate the text prompt and for moderation and safety records. They are not shared with third parties for other purposes, are not used to identify anyone, and are retained only as long as needed for safety, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes, after which they are deleted.
